Qualification
Bachelor's degree
Deep understanding of consumer behavior: A strong grasp of consumer psychology, preferences, and trends in the food and beverage industry, especially condiments.
Market research expertise: Ability to conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and identify market opportunities and threats.
Reativity and innovation: A passion for developing innovative and exciting product concepts that stand out in a crowded marketplace.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives for assigned key accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within the client organizations, particularly within purchasing, merchandising, and category management departments.
Understand customer needs and market trends to identify new business opportunities and product placements.
Keep record of sales trends
Negotiate contracts, terms, and promotional activities to ensure mutual profitability and growth.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and forecasts.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development) to ensure customer satisfaction and account success.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Proven experience (5 years) in a purchasing, buying, or category management role specifically within large retail chains in Thailand such as Makro, CP Group (e.g., 7-Eleven, CP Freshmart), 7-Eleven, CJ Express, or Big C.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of retail operations, procurement processes, margin structures, and promotional planning from a retailer's perspective.
Previous experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Good command of both Thai and English (written and spoken).
Promotion Analysis: Analyze historical promotion data to evaluate success and provide actionable insights for optimizing future campaigns to better meet customer needs.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare comprehensive survey summaries and reports in an easy-to-understand format. Deliver professional presentations to stakeholders and clearly communicate survey findings in meetings.
Dashboard Development: Design and maintain automated dashboards for executives and cross-functional teams to support real-time decision-making.
Data Management: Collect, record, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability before finalizing reports.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to support strategic sales and marketing planning.
Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales-related data to forecast trends and optimize promotional strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
ROI Evaluation: Analyze marketing statistics to evaluate Return on Investment (ROI) and propose data-backed solutions to increase investment efficiency.
Performance Tracking: Assist in measuring sales-related activities to improve operational efficiency, including task prioritization and performance benchmarking.
